1.Can we get free samples?
Yes. All of our samples are free.
2. Can we do printing or label printing on the packing?
Yes you can. Various of printing methods are available.
3. What is the normal Lead Time?
A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 5-10 days after receiving your payment.
B. For mass production, lead time is around 35 days, and longer if surface handling is required.
4. What is your shipping terms?
A. For samples or trial order, EMS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT can be provided.
B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.
We will try to help you choose a best way depending different order conditions.
5. How do you control the quality?
We have strict QC quality control system, incl. in-process inspection in every process and final inspection. In addtion, we have special personnel for Clean And Sanitation test 3 times before packing. Our products have certification of SGS;ISO9001:2008.
